Our Journey: Speed, scale, precision

We launched in February to solve a real pain point: Trust and Safety job hunting is fragmented and time-sucking. By April, we’d overhauled our job aggregation engine. Now, we scan 100,000+ career sites, ATS platforms, and Linkedin. Not just weekdays, but weekends too. The result? Twice-daily fetches that push roles to our board almost in real-time.

We also launched weekly market insights (shared via email and LinkedIn) to spotlight trends shaping Trust and Safety hiring. August pause note: We’re refining this report’s depth and frequency. The third iteration: Bigger reach, smarter curation

This update isn’t just about volume. It’s about relevance. We’ve expanded beyond Big Tech to include emerging platforms, startups, and Trust and Safety tool builders, diversifying opportunities without sacrificing quality. Our aggregation now delivers an average of 50+ fresh roles daily, globally vetted and instantly filterable. Since the update has been deployed we recorded a 70% growth in roles discovered (month-over-month). July had 1.189 jobs versus 700 in June.
