AI Content ModeratorRole Description

We are seeking an AI Content Moderator to review, evaluate, and moderate AI-generated and user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies, responsible AI principles, and community standards. This role is responsible for maintaining content quality, identifying policy violations, supporting AI model improvement, and contributing to a safe, trustworthy, and compliant digital ecosystem.

The successful candidate will work closely with Trust & Safety teams, AI engineers, data scientists, policy specialists, quality assurance teams, and operations personnel to review a wide variety of digital content, including text, images, audio, video, and multimodal AI outputs. You will assess content objectively, apply moderation guidelines consistently, and ensure moderation decisions align with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include reviewing AI-generated responses, evaluating user-generated content, identifying misinformation, spam, hate speech, harassment, explicit material, fraud, copyright violations, privacy concerns, and other forms of harmful or policy-violating content. You will classify, label, annotate, and validate datasets while documenting moderation outcomes accurately to support AI training, model evaluation, and continuous quality improvement.

The role also involves monitoring moderation quality, conducting quality assurance reviews, analyzing moderation trends, escalating complex or high-risk cases, and providing structured feedback that improves moderation guidelines, workflows, and AI model performance. You will contribute to policy refinement, dataset quality assurance, prompt evaluation, and responsible AI initiatives while ensuring fairness, consistency, transparency, and accountability in moderation decisions.

You will maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information and ensure all moderation activities comply with applicable privacy regulations, data governance standards, information security policies, and ethical AI practices. Success in this role requires strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, emotional resilience, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to maintain consistency while reviewing high volumes of content in a fast-paced environment.

This position offers the opportunity to play a meaningful role in improving AI safety, strengthening content quality, enhancing user trust, and supporting the responsible deployment of advanced artificial intelligence technologies across global digital platforms.
