In particular, AI Lab has been working to solve problems in various fields such as recommendations and moderation so that users can have a pleasant and safe experience within the service by utilizing AI technology accumulated over a long period of time. And it is an organization where PM, Ops, ML Engineer, and ML Software Engineer work together to achieve this goal.
[AI Product Team PM Job Introduction]
The PM of the AI ​​Product Team plans a system that supports Hyperconnect's services by utilizing AI and various technologies in domains such as recommendation and moderation. They actively explore and define problems that can be solved using technology, and plan and execute effective projects based on this. In addition, they identify and resolve blockers outside of development during the project process to help smooth progress.Furthermore, we work closely with multiple teams to effectively apply AI technology to hyperconnect services, and lead overall operations from project goal setting, schedule management, to performance analysis.
Responsibilities
- We plan and implement successful AI solutions with Hyperconnect's ML Engineer and ML Software Engineer. At the same time, we effectively manage project schedules and resources to optimize the project progress.
- We proactively collect requirements from hyperconnected brands and reflect them in writing a plan. When planning a project, we establish quantitative KPIs and then measure and evaluate them.
- We continuously monitor and analyze the progress and potential risks of the project, and take necessary actions quickly to achieve the desired results.
- We develop services and platforms that support the moderation of Hyperconnect and Match Group brands. In the process, we work with Match Group to perform various tasks to meet global Trust & Safety (T&S) standards.
Requirements
- Someone with more than 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Project Manager and who has service planning and project management capabilities.
- Someone with strategic thinking, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Someone with a deep understanding of AI, web applications, and related technologies.
- Someone who can manage multiple projects systematically and effectively at the same time.
- Someone with data analysis and SQL query capabilities
- Someone who can communicate freely in English and lead business meetings
- Someone with experience working with multiple teams

- Those with a deep understanding of AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields
