As an AI Operations Analyst, you'll work alongside autonomous AI systems, providing guidance, resolving exceptions, and ensuring customer-facing outputs meet quality expectations

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor AI queues, alerts, and operational workflows.
• Review AI-generated outputs and identify issues requiring intervention.
• Provide guidance and contextual instructions to AI agents when needed.
• Handle exception cases and determine the appropriate resolution path.
• Perform human-required steps and return tasks back to AI workflows efficiently.
• Prevent inaccurate, risky, or inappropriate outputs from reaching customers.
• Document recurring issues, edge cases, and process improvements.
• Complete detailed shift handovers and escalation reports.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of operations experience.
• Experience following SOPs, playbooks, or operational procedures.
• Strong analytical thinking, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written communication and instruction-writing abilities.
• Experience in Customer Operations, Trust & Safety, Risk, Compliance, QA, Recruiting Operations, or Sales Operations is an advantage.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Successful candidates who will start on November 9 may qualify for a ₱50,000 Joining Bonus.
