We are looking for a proactive and strategic T&S Solutions Architect to design and develop scalable Trust & Safety solutions for global clients. In this role, you will combine operations, AI/ML, innovation, analytics, and client-facing solutioning to create impactful digital safety programs and enterprise-level solutions.

What will you do?

Trust & Safety Solution Design

• Design end-to-end Trust & Safety solutions for global clients

• Build scalable operating models combining people, AI/ML, automation, and analytics

• Support initiatives related to content moderation, fraud prevention, misinformation mitigation, and digital safety

• Ensure solutions align with Responsible AI principles and global compliance standards

Client-Facing & Strategic Support

• Participate in solution workshops and client presentations

• Support RFP responses and strategic solution proposals

• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to design innovative solutions

• Present TP capabilities and customized solutions to clients

Innovation & AI

• Work closely with AI/AML-related projects and innovation teams

• Support scalable and technology-driven Trust & Safety strategies

• Stay updated with AI trends, digital risk, and emerging technologies

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Operations, Business, or related fields

• 2+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, solutioning, pre-sales, solution architecture, content moderation, digital risk, or related areas

• Client-facing experience and strong presentation skills

• Experience working with global or multi-geo operations

• Advanced English level
