AI Workflow Analyst | 50K Joining Bonus*

As an AI Workflow Analyst, you will oversee AI-powered workflows and act as the human-in-the-loop when AI systems encounter exceptions or require guidance. You will review AI-generated outputs, assess accuracy and risk, determine whether to guide the AI, take over a task, or escalate an issue, and ensure AI-driven processes deliver safe and accurate outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor AI queues, alerts, and operational workflows.
• Review AI-generated outputs and identify issues requiring intervention.
• Provide guidance and contextual instructions to AI agents when needed.
• Handle exception cases and determine the appropriate resolution path.
• Perform human-required steps and return tasks back to AI workflows efficiently.
• Prevent inaccurate, risky, or inappropriate outputs from reaching customers.
• Document recurring issues, edge cases, and process improvements.
• Complete detailed shift handovers and escalation reports.

Key Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Practical proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms.
• Experience working with AI-powered workflows, AI-assisted processes, AI agents, or automation solutions.
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills, particularly when handling exceptions, escalations, or non-standard scenarios.
• Experience following SOPs, playbooks, and structured operational processes.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to assess accuracy, quality, and risk.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Recruitment Operations, Talent Acquisition, Sales Development, Sales Operations, Customer Operations, Trust & Safety, Risk, Compliance, or Quality Assurance is highly preferred.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.
