Objective

Ensure that the quality of reports meets the benchmark standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

Review and audit cases according to a predefined checklist
Call stakeholders to clarify ambiguous situations
Make decisions on required actions based on report quality
Escalate matters when necessary

Requirements

Strong attention to detail
Diligent and ethical work approach
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Good typing speed

Work Details

Location: Sector 44, Gurgaon
Working Days: 5 days onsite
Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Fixed)
Additional: Some Saturdays may be worked in a month, compensated with extra overtime pay
