Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage Local Address Digital Verification operations and ensure all assigned cases are completed within the defined SLA/TAT.
- Be responsible for end-to-end digital verification of local address cases while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
- Handle client communication and coordinate with clients/stakeholders regarding verification-related queries, requirements, and case updates.
- Connect and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for audits, data validation, and resolution of cases involving insufficient or incomplete data.
- Keep track of priority and critical cases and coordinate with the team to ensure timely resolution within the defined TAT.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and bring innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Contribute to process implementation and process design to improve the overall verification workflow.
- Monitor operational performance and support the team in achieving defined quality, SLA, and TAT benchmarks.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of digital verification processes.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent English communication is mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple cases/tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Should not be afraid to challenge the status quo and suggest improvements to existing processes.
- Strong team collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and effectively manage priority/critical cases.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Location: Sector 44, Gurgaon
- Additional: Some Saturdays may be worked in a month, compensated with extra overtime pay.
