Ensure that the quality of reports meets the benchmark standards.
Roles & Responsibilities

Objective
Ensure that the quality of reports meets the benchmark standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Review and audit cases according to a predefined checklist
- Call stakeholders to clarify ambiguous situations
- Make decisions on required actions based on report quality
- Escalate matters when necessary
- Strong attention to detail
- Diligent and ethical work approach
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Good typing speed
- Location: Sector 44, Gurgaon
- Working Days: 5 days onsite
- Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Fixed)
- Additional: Some Saturdays may be worked in a month, compensated with extra overtime pay
