Job Description

- Review, Rate, Classify, annotate, categorize, group or label content related to video, audio, text, image, documents or other relevant data based on defined guidelines to generate data sets for classification, production and machine learning purposes.

- Actively listen & review content for Inappropriate Language, Intent, Title / Thumbnails and other content for compliance to our policies and be able to rate them on multiple parameters to categorize the content. Also would require to review response from users, comprehend and re-review content

  • Understand and remain up-to-date with content policies and guidelines shared by the customer
  • Analyze online videos, social media, web page and advertising content for compliance 
  • Examine the content which could be in text, image, audio, video or other format daily 
  • Identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action
  • Give feedback for policies/tools/processes improvements
  • Gain sound knowledge of adjacent and cross policies and not just limit to the policy assigned to
  • Train other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever important and requested by the manager
  • Collaborates inside the company with members of the same team or other teams in order to accomplish the allocated tasks and  duties;
  • Successfully graduating the training plan attached to the position and the tasks.
  • This job may require working a 24/7 schedule with alternating shifts and daily review of online content that may be highly egregious/sensitive in nature, such as (but not limited to) graphic violence, self harm, child abuse, and hate speech.
