Job Description
The Analyst position is a key role within the Operations function at Cint. We are a fast-paced organization and are redefining the online market research industry. Candidates with a can-do attitude and a proactive and hands-on approach to business will thrive in this environment and will be met daily with new opportunities to facilitate the company’s growth. This role is a remote working position and the candidate will be working US EST hours.
Role Purpose and Responsibilities:
Communicate and liaise with different departments to handle incoming requests and quality escalations
Prepare reports and share insights into quality findings as part of quality investigations
Drive and/or be a part of quality programs related to suppliers, clients, etc
Proactively monitor and track internal data and statistics to identify and troubleshoot unusual spikes/dip in traffic at the supplier, client and/or user level
Contribute by sharing inputs towards development of new tools and products
Update product and internal documentation regularly
Explore avenues, plan and ideate to improve the overall quality function
Qualifications
2-3 years’ minimum experience in the Market Research service industry
Enterprising, curious and enthusiastic to learn new tools and processes
Data Analysis: able to spot patterns and irregularities within data sets of different sizes
Making Order out of Chaos: Highly organized and proactive you are good at keeping on top of your work by tracking and progressing many different tasks at once in a fast-paced, busy environment.
Have a commercial bent of mind to understand impact of actions
Team player with the ability to communicate clearly and build strong and trustworthy relationships with different stakeholders
Proficiency in written and oral communication in English
Technical requirements
Tech-savvy with proficiency in using MS-Office products – key features expertise:
Excel V-lookups
Pivot tables with filtering/formulas/etc
De-duplications checks
Experience in handling Market Research data checks and validation
Ability to manipulate large files
Provide clear, concise feedback on data findings
Add suggestions on needed improvements
Knowledge of Sampling criteria and panel handling is a big advantage
