As a Content Moderator, you’ll be on the front line of protecting users on one of the world’s most influential social media platforms. You’ll play a vital role in reviewing user-generated content, ensuring safety and respect in online communities, and helping improve the quality of the platform experience.
💼 What You’ll Do:
Review and classify content (text, images, audio, video) according to client policies
Remove or escalate content that violates community standards
Analyze user profiles and reported content for guideline compliance
Remain up to date with evolving policies and processes
Engage in socially sensitive topics with a professional and neutral stance
Participate in regular training and process improvement initiatives
Advocate for the safety and experience of online users
🧠 Who You Are:
Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
Emotionally resilient, with strong coping and stress-management skills
Flexible to work on rotational shift
Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail
Unbiased and objective in evaluating sensitive material
Familiar with internet platforms and current social and political trends in your region
🔎 Nice to Have:
Experience in content moderation, customer service, or BPO
Familiarity with moderation tools and reporting processes
