Role: Assistant Manager – Trust & Safety (Content Moderation)
Location: Gurugram, Haryana (Hybrid | WFO) - Onsite
Shift: Rotational | 6 days working (Immediate Joiners Only)

What You’ll Do
Lead and manage moderation teams handling ads/content review
Ensure policy accuracy, quality checks, audits & SLA adherence
Identify trends, policy gaps, and high-risk content
Drive process improvements and support trainings & onboarding
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance moderation quality

What We’re Looking For
3–4 years of experience in Trust & Safety / Content Moderation / Ad Review
Team handling experience is a must
Strong English communication & understanding of US cultural nuances
Comfortable with shift-based, fast-paced operations
Analytical mindset with great attention to detail

Nice to Have
Knowledge of digital advertising policies
Experience with audits, reporting, and process documentation
