Assistant Operations Manager

Do you want to help keep online communities safe and engaging? We’re hiring an Assistant Operations Manager to help lead delivery on a programme for one of the world’s leading social media platforms.

What you’ll do

• Support the Operations Manager in running day-to-day delivery across several teams
• Drive performance on KPIs and SLAs, including quality, accuracy, productivity, turnaround time and attrition
• Lead, coach and develop Team Leaders so their teams perform well and stay engaged
• Analyse performance data, find gaps and put action plans in place
• Work with Quality, Training, WFM and Policy teams so the team adapts quickly to changes in client guidelines
• Support client calls, reporting and business reviews
• Promote employee wellbeing and a positive, resilient team culture, working with our wellness support teams
• Keep operations compliant with client, data privacy and company standards

What you’ll bring

• Experience in BPO or contact centre operations, including leading Team Leaders or supervisors
• Experience with social media, digital, content or trust and safety programmes is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with KPIs, dashboards and reports
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-changing environment
• People leadership that is fair, supportive and focused on results
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation when the business needs it
