About the role

As an Associate in the Client Solutions Group at Liminal, you will play a critical role in delivering actionable intelligence, strategic insights, and go-to-market support to our clients. This role bridges the gap between consulting, research, and platform enablement - helping clients turn intelligence into execution. You’ll work directly with enterprise clients, investors, and technology providers to deliver advisory engagements, intelligence-driven research, and platform adoption initiatives.

This is a unique opportunity for an analytical, client-focused professional to work at the intersection of strategy consulting, market intelligence, and product enablement, supporting projects that shape go-to-market strategies and competitive positioning in cybersecurity, fraud, financial crimes, risk, and trust and safety.

What you'll do

Insights & Intelligence Development

  • Research and benchmark companies, products, and markets to support competitive intelligence, go-to-market, and investment analyses.
  • Develop and maintain proprietary intelligence assets to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Monitor market trends and emerging innovations to identify potential opportunities and risks for clients.
  • Collaborate with Liminal’s research and data teams to contribute to market frameworks, segmentation, and data models.

Client Advisory & Project Delivery

  • Lead work-streams and contribute to client-facing projects across strategy, growth, and intelligence engagements.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to analyze market trends, operational metrics, and buyer dynamics.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and deliverables that communicate findings, insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Manage smaller client projects independently, while supporting larger multi-stakeholder projects as part of a team.
  • Participate in client meetings and workshops, clearly articulating insights and recommendations.

Platform & Member Engagement

  • Act as a strategic partner to clients using Liminal’s Link platform by performing demonstrations and assisting with platform adoption.
  • Deliver ongoing insights and personalized support to platform users and members, ensuring they extract maximum value from Liminal’s intelligence ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with Liminal’s expert network—including Principals, SMEs, and Advisors—to align member needs with platform capabilities.
  • Support planning and execution of member and client events, including strategy sessions, workshops, and executive summits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Political Science, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 2+ years of professional experience in investment banking, management consulting, business intelligence, market research, or corporate strategy.
  • Proficiency in presentation and analysis tools, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Google Slides, and Google Sheets, with the ability to design clear, data-driven presentations and analyses.
  • AI-native mindset with hands-on experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity for research, analysis, and content generation.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, refine, and operationalize advanced prompts, including prompt chaining and the use of AI agents to automate workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating data and analysis into clear, actionable narratives.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong client service and relationship management skills.
  • Strong interest in cybersecurity, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, risk management, and trust & safety.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, workshops, and events as needed.

What You’ll Gain

  • Hands-on experience delivering high-impact strategy and intelligence projects.
