We are looking for a Associate Legal Content Analyst to join our content team in Beijing. This is an amazing opportunity to work on trademark decisions. The team consists of 14 people and is reporting to the Team Manager, Legal Content Analysis. We have a great skill set in case law database and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in law background.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • Bachelor degree with Legal major, preferably with IP specialization
  • Be fluent in English
  • Be attentive and efficient at work

It would be great if you also have . . .  

  • Master degree in Law or in IP Law
  • Any experience in case law study and analysis

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Apply curation and analysis of IP case law data points and legal discussions within assigned product database. 
  • Improve data discoverability through the extraction and analysis of IP case law data points and legal discussions within assigned product database. 
  • Deliver high-quality records by ensuring completeness, proper data structure, and timeliness of record updates. 
  • Play an active role in team and maintain awareness of current trends and new developments in area of expertise. 
  • Monitor and prioritize the daily volume based on the product requirements.

This team provides global information and analytics that support trademark prosecution and litigation activities. Through our platform, it professionals gain unparalleled insights into trademark decisions, companies, jurisdictions, legal topics, and market trends.

Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed. This is a hybrid position working in the office up to 2 days a week.
