About The Team

DoorDash’s Dasher Trust team is looking for an experienced Strategy & Operations Associate to oversee our work in the Identity and Authenticity space. The Dasher Trust team’s work on Identity is critical to ensure that every delivery on DoorDash is a safe one. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with a proven track record of performance to oversee our strategy in this critical area.

About The Role

As an Associate on DoorDash’s Identity and Authenticity, you will be responsible for deep analyses and end-to-end implementation laddering up into critical large-scale initiatives supporting the Trust team’s objectives. You will partner with internal cross-functional teams, including Product, Operations, Marketing, Policy, and Legal, to launch initiatives from 0→1.

You will report to our Senior Manager of Trust and Safety.

You’re Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will…

Utilize and analyze complex data to make strategic recommendations on what products & solutions we should build to achieve our Trust team goals specifically for our International markets
Collaborate cross-functionally across the Safety S&O team, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Support, Legal, Policy, and others to drive key strategic projects
Gain an understanding of our different vendors to drive trust and authenticity on the platform, and work closely with them to find optimizations and improvements across the shared workflows and processes
Track progress against goals, highlight tradeoffs and prioritization for initiatives across the team, and communicate out results to Integrity leadership
Be a nimble and quick problem-solver who isn’t afraid to jump into an ambiguous problem that arises and can find an approach to solve - we are operating in a dynamic space, so we’re looking for people excited about the challenge of new and unexpected areas to deep dive!

We’re Excited About You Because…

2+ years focused on Strategy & Operations or experience executing in a fast-paced environment
You have experience with SQL in being able to interpret data into high-level insights
You have proven experience scoping solutions from ambiguous requirements
You have experience working with product and engineering teams to implement change and drive results
You have experience working with management and executive leadership teams
Bachelor degree required
Knowledge of the product we offer and passion for DoorDash’s mission

Compensation

Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.

For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).

The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.
