The Role

The Trust & Safety Specialist Level 1 is responsible for providing courteous and effective support to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. This role involves assisting with compliance-related inquiries and tasks via machine learning tools, ticketing systems, and other communication channels.

What You'll Do:

Provide exceptional customer service and compliance support via ticketing systems/ email
Address compliance-related queries with clarity and professionalism
Document client interactions and resolutions in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce Service Cloud)
Collaborate with other teams to ensure prompt issue resolution
Conduct initial analysis of compliance cases, escalating as needed to the Compliance Level 2 team
Stay updated on company policies, compliance procedures, and industry regulations

What we Expect from you:

Prior experience in customer support
Strong internet service to enable uninterrupted communication and task completion
Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce Service Cloud, is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Technical proficiency with an aptitude to learn new technologies and concepts quickly
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with any shift, as well as weekend schedules
