We’ve built all of our technology in house including an EHR, patient care admin system, patient portal, website, marketing technology etc. Winona has two compounding pharmacies and a team of in house physicians providing world-class care via a fully vertically integrated business model.

Responsibilities

We’re seeking a reliable and thoughtful moderator to oversee our Facebook community after hours. This role includes:

• Approve new member requests and ensure they meet group criteria

• Monitor comments and posts for negativity or policy violations

• Remove or hide inappropriate content as needed

• Maintain a friendly, respectful tone when engaging with members

• Flag urgent or complex situations for internal review

Requirements

• Strong communication and judgment skills

• Experience with online community management (preferred)

• Available evenings and weekends
