Onyx Odds is building a social prediction platform where users can trade their opinions on sports, crypto, and real-world events.

We’re creating a new way for people to engage with the moments and markets they care about - all within one fast, intuitive product.

We’re growing quickly and looking for a Content Compliance Associate to help ensure content across our affiliate network and social platform remains compliant, accurate, and aligned with our standards.

What You’ll Do

• Review affiliate marketing content before and after publication
• Moderate user-generated content across the Onyx social platform
• Ensure content follows internal policies, brand standards, and applicable compliance guidelines
• Identify and flag misleading, inappropriate, restricted, or potentially non-compliant content
• Monitor affiliate channels for unauthorized claims, language, or promotions
• Document moderation decisions and maintain organized review records
• Escalate higher-risk or unclear content to the appropriate internal teams
• Help refine moderation processes as the platform and affiliate network grow
• Partner closely with our marketing, compliance, operations, and customer experience teams

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent attention to detail and strong judgment
• Ability to review a high volume of content accurately and consistently
• Clear written communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently and escalating issues when necessary
• Reliable, responsive, and able to work in a fast-moving startup environment
• Experience in content moderation, trust and safety, compliance, customer support, affiliate marketing, social media, gaming, fintech, or another regulated industry is preferred
• Familiarity with sports, prediction markets, online communities, or creator and affiliate platforms is a plus

This position may be performed remotely or from our New York City office. It will begin as a contract role with the potential to convert into a full-time position based on performance and business needs.
