Content Analyst

Responsibilities

• Review and assess online content (marketplaces, websites and digital platforms), including audio content, to identify potential IP infringements
• Investigate complex or unclear cases using internal tools and available information
• Look for patterns or recurring issues to help improve how we detect infringements
• Monitor online platforms and audio content to flag risks or unusual activity
• Handle escalated cases and make decisions based on guidelines
• Ensure decisions are accurate and consistent
• Prepare clear summaries of findings and key insights
• Work closely with the team to solve issues and improve processes

Required Skills

• Good level of English (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow guidelines and make consistent decisions
• Analytical thinking with the ability to identify patterns and trends
• Problem solving skills and ability to handle complex cases
• Comfortable working with structured tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Nice to Have

• Experience with online platforms, e-commerce or digital content
• Experience in content review, moderation or similar roles
• Familiarity with tools for content review or online research
