The Content Analyst - Spanish in the Officers & Directors team plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, accurate, and timely analysis and insights related to corporate leadership data. This role demands a strong blend of analytical expertise, customer engagement, and content knowledge, with a focus on financial markets and risk industry dynamics. The Content Analyst - Spanish will be responsible for reviewing and validating content, managing complex data sets, and ensuring alignment with client needs and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Review & Validation:
    Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of published data related to officers and directors. Review and approve content for publication in line with internal standards and client expectations.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    Analyse large datasets using tools such as Microsoft Excel, MS Power Aps and SQL where applicable to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights. Present findings in a clear, professional format.

  • Research & Expertise Development:
    Conduct in-depth research on financial markets, corporate governance, and risk industry trends. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and market practices.

  • Customer Management:
    Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to understand requirements, resolve issues, and deliver valuable solutions.

  • Customer Focus:
    Act as a subject matter expert, ensuring client satisfaction through proactive communication, timely delivery, and high-quality outputs.

  • Process Improvement & Change Leadership:
    Find opportunities for operational efficiency and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Champion change and innovation within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in the Spanish language

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Must be willing to work on any shift (morning shift/mid shift/graveyard shift)
