Your Role:

As a Content Moderation - Manager, You Will

Oversee and support the Content Moderation team from a program-level standpoint, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with client expectations.
Manage the day-to-day moderation operations while being capable of performing the same duties as moderation agents when necessary.
Identify and remove illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content, or escalate to higher-level review teams as needed.
Monitor live or high-risk content and ensure timely responses to flagged issues.
Analyze trends and behavioral patterns in content violations to guide preventive actions and strategy improvements.
Maintain and update region-specific sensitive vocabulary lists to reflect cultural and regulatory standards.
Track operational metrics and generate detailed reports on content volumes, moderation accuracy, and violation trends.
Collaborate with policy, legal, trust & safety, and other cross-functional teams for escalations, policy updates, and workflow optimization.
Stay current with changes in platform features, community standards, and local legislation, ensuring compliance and readiness across the team.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

Proven experience managing content moderation programs or operations.
High level of program management maturity and ability to drive team performance.
Demonstrated ability to coach and develop Team Leaders to meet quality and productivity targets.
Client-facing experience with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proficiency in English (reading and writing).
Strong computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office or similar tools.

Preferred skills/expertise

Experience working in Trust & Safety, Risk Operations, or Policy Enforcement.
Strong analytical and reporting skills to interpret moderation trends and performance metrics.
Excellent judgment and decision-making under pressure.
Experience managing high-volume, fast-paced operational environments.
Adaptability to shifting client requirements and evolving online content regulations.
