Location: Quang Trung Software City, District 12, HCMC
Time: 5 days/week, rotating shift
Lead, manage, recruit & develop a team of Data Labelling, helping them to achieve their full potential and maintain high standards and quality of work.
Ensure that all services are delivered within the framework core values and in line with existing policies and procedures.
Handle escalated transactions from clients/customers/team members (if any).
Actively promote and support inclusion, ensuring that individuals are supported to participate in community and work opportunities according to their interests and goals.
Use performance data to coach and improve the agents.
Review the performance appraisal and organize the discussion of Individual Development Plan.
Quickly grasp changes in the system and processes, and accurately and promptly communicate information to agents.
Can conduct report of manage team base on KPI orientation: Result, Rootcause and action plan.
Collaborate with teams and other departments to achieve the common goals of the project.
Requirement:
At least 2 year of experience in Team Leader position related to Customer Services/Content Moderation field
Fluently in English
Good in using Excel, good data organization, analysis and logical thinking skills.
Serious and responsible work attitude, meticulous and rigorous, strong execution.
Interested in e-commerce platform business, understanding the operation mode of domestic and foreign e-commerce platform.
