Content Moderator

Role Description

We are looking for a Trust & Safety Specialist Digital Ads (Tier 2) to join our team in McKinley, Taguig. In this role, you will review and support digital advertising content, ensuring compliance with platform policies and community standards while delivering a safe and positive user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate digital advertisements and online content for policy compliance.
• Identify and escalate policy violations, suspicious activities, and safety concerns.
• Conduct content moderation and quality assurance tasks.
• Support advertisers and users by providing accurate resolutions and guidance.
• Maintain high productivity, quality, and accuracy standards.
• Stay updated on platform policies, digital advertising guidelines, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve user safety and platform integrity.
  
  

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), ALS Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Graduate.
• Open to graduates of IT-related courses and other degree programs.
• Must have either:
• At least 6 months of Digital Ads, Content Moderation, Digital Marketing, or Digital Sales experience, OR
• At least 2 years of Customer Service Representative (CSR) or Technical Support Representative (TSR) experience.
• Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
