We are seeking a detail-oriented Content Moderator to review, monitor, and manage user-generated content across platforms. This role is ideal for someone who can make sound judgments, ensure compliance with guidelines, and maintain a safe and positive online environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, videos)
• Ensure content complies with company policies and community guidelines
• Identify, flag, and remove inappropriate or harmful content
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to relevant teams
• Maintain accurate moderation logs and reports
• Stay up to date with platform policies, trends, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with trust & safety, legal, and support teams

✅ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in content moderation, customer support, or related roles
• Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills
• Ability to handle sensitive or potentially distressing content
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Familiarity with online platforms, social media, and digital communities
• Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
• Based in Australia with full working rights
