JOB DESCRIPTION:
Reviewing content (videos, image, text, live-streaming and audio) in accordance with client's processes and policies.
Ensuring policy/legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform
Responding to customer inquiries regarding actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals.
Liaising with client's internal teams to ensure user and brand safety.
3 year working experience in a similar role with considerable exposure to news and editorial workstreams
Essential Skills:
B2 level English proficiency and Native language capability
JLPT N1/N2 equivalent for Japanese proficiency
Strong communication skills with a proactive and positive approach to tasks
High attention to details and follow through
An effective team player who is able to also work independently
Work hours:
9am to 5pm: Monday to Friday, Standard shift. Saturday off day and Sunday rest day.
Nesting and training in Office at The Gardens North Tower, Mid Valley City.
Work Remotely for the moment until further notice or Work from Home until further notice.
