Are you a Dutch-speaking professional with sharp judgment and a passion for e-commerce? We're looking for a Content Moderator to help maintain a safe, trustworthy platform in a modern Lisbon workplace! ✨

Duties & Responsibilities

Maintain strong knowledge and enthusiasm for leading e-commerce products, services & industry standards
Review content in line with established SLAs and quality benchmarks
Ensure uploaded content complies with platform policies, legal standards & safety guidelines
Adapt to policy updates, schedule changes, and follow standard operating procedures consistently
Identify and escalate issues through proper internal channels, adhering to company protocols

✅ Requirements

Native/fluent Dutch (verbal & written), fluent English (B2 minimum)
Excellent moderation abilities — clear communication, sound judgment, local market insight
Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and industry practices
Able to manage high workloads and maintain performance during peak promotional periods
Ability to work in shift rotation (Monday–Sunday, 24/7)
Strong customer service skills — empathy, effective communication, balanced decision-making
