What You’ll Do
Review and moderate user-generated content (text, audio, video) to ensure platform safety
Investigate and resolve flagged issues with precision and empathy
Stay up to date with evolving client policies and guidelines
Advocate for user safety and contribute to process improvements
Engage in sensitive topic discussions with professionalism and care
Participate in ongoing training and well-being programs

What You Bring
French (C1+) and English (B2+) proficiency
Strong emotional resilience and stress management skills
Sharp attention to detail and critical thinking
Cultural awareness of social and political dynamics in supported regions
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
Must be 18+, with a valid work permit and completed compulsory education
Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or BPO is a plus
