What could your role involve?

• Reviewing and assessing user-generated content, including text, images, videos and advertisements.
• Checking whether content complies with platform policies and community guidelines.
• Identifying inappropriate, misleading or potentially harmful content.
• Making accurate and consistent moderation decisions.
• Escalating complex cases according to established procedures.
• Maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy and productivity.
• Supporting a safer and more reliable online environment.

Languages we're looking for

German, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, French, Spanish, Italian and Polish.

What we're looking for

• Fluency in one of the listed languages.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to follow policies and make objective decisions.
• Good computer literacy.
• Previous experience in Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, Content Review, Customer Service or Backoffice is an advantage.
• Current residence in Portugal, preferably within commuting distance of Oeiras.
• Valid legal right to work in Portugal.
• Availability to work 100% on-site.

• €1,650 gross monthly base salary
• €9 meal allowance per working day
  
  

French, Spanish, Italian & Polish

• €1,400 gross monthly base salary
• €9 meal allowance per working day
