Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Content Moderator role based in Dublin, focusing on Hungarian and Hebrew language content. The Content Moderator will review, evaluate, and classify user-generated and platform content to ensure it complies with community guidelines, legal requirements, and internal policies. Daily tasks include monitoring content queues, identifying and escalating potential risks, and providing clear documentation of moderation decisions. The role involves collaborating with technical and customer-facing teams to improve moderation workflows and user safety and providing feedback on content policies for Hungarian and Hebrew markets. The Content Moderator will also contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting process refinements and supporting training initiatives for new team members.

Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to assess content quickly, identify patterns, and make consistent, policy-aligned decisions.
  • Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication in English and fluency in Hungarian and/or Hebrew.
  • Candidates should possess customer service skills, with the ability to handle sensitive content, maintain professionalism, and support a positive user experience.
  • Candidates should possess technical support skills, including basic troubleshooting abilities and comfort using online platforms, dashboards, and ticketing tools.
  • Candidates should possess training-related skills, such as the ability to follow detailed guidelines, adapt to new procedures, and help onboard or mentor team members when needed.
  • Prior experience in content moderation, trust and safety, or a related digital operations role is beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dublin, manage shift-based schedules if required, and maintain high attention to detail under time pressure.
  • Relevant education in communications, linguistics, social sciences, or information technology, or equivalent practical experience, is an advantage.
