Content Moderator (Portuguese and English)

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Content Moderator (Portuguese and English) located in Tijuana working from home. The Content Moderator will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure it meets community guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing content for compliance, providing customer service and technical support, communicating with users about violations, and participating in ongoing training to stay updated on policies and procedures.

Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating and moderating content
Excellent Communication skills in both Portuguese and English
Experience in Customer Service
Proficiency in providing Technical Support
Ability to provide and receive Training on guidelines and procedures
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Experience with content moderation tools and platforms is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred
