About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Content Moderator & QA Specialist to support the safety and quality of our gaming platforms. You will play a key role in reviewing user-generated content (UGC), ensuring compliance with community standards, and maintaining a fair and engaging player environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Review and moderate user-generated content (e.g., in-game chat, usernames, forums, player reports) in accordance with company policies and gaming community guidelines.
  • Conduct quality assurance (QA) audits on moderation decisions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to internal standards.
  • Follow established moderation workflows, escalation protocols, and SOPs to deliver reliable and scalable outcomes.
  • Identify trends, emerging risks, and edge cases (e.g., toxic behavior, cheating, scams), and escalate appropriately.
  • Document moderation decisions and contribute to the continuous improvement of guidelines and knowledge bases.
  • Collaborate with Player Support, and User Operations teams to support a safe player ecosystem.
  • Meet defined productivity and quality KPIs on a daily and weekly basis.


Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (reading and written) to review Chinese-language gaming content; working knowledge of English for internal communication
  • 1–2 years of experience in content moderation, Trust & Safety, customer support, data labeling, or related operational roles (gaming industry experience is a plus)
  • Familiarity with common online violations such as harassment, hate speech, fraud, cheating, and intellectual property infringement
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret guidelines and make consistent, fair decisions
  • Able to handle high-volume, repetitive tasks with accuracy and focus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays (if required)
