OPERATIONS

Able to supervise and manage team's schedule adherences, changes request, overtime requirements while maintaining team members motivation level

Able to develop team performances and service quality through effective coaching & feedback

TEAM DEVELOPMENT

Always seek ways to develop the performances of the agents and upskill them

Demonstrate the importance of team cohesiveness to meet team's performance target

CLIENT RELATIONSHIP

Work towards achieving the KPIs which agreed with the client

Commit towards the compliance of operational policies and guideline by conducting timely improvement activities

BUSINESS PLANNING

Monitor agents in line with strategies to minimize operation costs and maximize the revenues and profits

PERSONAL SKILLS

Able to communicate effectively to all internal and external customers through written and verbal communication

Display excellent leadership skills and able to bring the team together and resolve any conflicts and issues, if occurred

Able to adapt with changing requirements and demanding situations

Able to coach, guide and update team members on consistent basis on any changes, updates.

Able to manage composure and tolerate with challenging environment

Organize and able to plan sensibly towards achieving the goals and targets set

OPERATIONAL SKILLS

Responsible for Team Leader and overall performance of whole project to reach the client’s requirements

Able to generate and present the required reports for performances reporting

Understand all organization’s products, services, procedures and guidelines and communicate same to all team

Possess the related computer literacy and navigation skills to expedite the tasks and maximize productivity

Knowledgeable in operating , planning, follow up and delivery a plan

Utilize forecasting techniques and data analysis to accurately predict call volumes, customer demand, and resource requirements, enabling effective scheduling and allocation of staff

WORK LOCATION:

10 Floor - Scetpa Building, 19A Cong Hoa, Bay Hien Ward, HCMC

WORKING TIME:

9AM – 6PM (Mon - Sat)

REQUEST:

Proven experience managing KPIs, SLAs, and large-scale operations (2+ years of people management team size at least 50 HC)

Plus if has knowledge about trust and safety, in content moderation, trust & safety, or online operations

Ability to manage sensitive or disturbing content responsibly

Programming language, proficient in Microsoft Office applications (word, excel, outlook)

Fluent in English both written and spoken

Minimum typing skill: 50 words per minute

Willing to work on Saturday/Sunday and national holidays
