We are looking for Content Moderators to join our Trust & Safety team in Mumbai.

Position: Content Moderator

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 0–12 Months / Freshers can apply

Qualification: Graduate

Shift: 24×7 Rotational Shifts

Joining: Immediate / Early Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated or AI generated content across images, videos, audio and text.
• Identify content that violates platform policies and community guidelines.
• Take appropriate action based on defined moderation policies and SOPs.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency while reviewing content.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate team.
• Meet defined quality, productivity, and turnaround-time targets.
• Stay updated with changes in content policies and moderation guidelines.
• Handle sensitive content professionally and maintain strict confidentiality.

Preferred

• Immediate or early joiners will be preferred.
• Prior experience in Content Moderation / Trust & Safety will be an added advantage.
