Duties & Responsibilities

Review and assess user-reported content to ensure compliance with platform guidelines
Analyze report data to evaluate severity and categorize issues accurately
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sensitive or complex cases
Use qualitative and quantitative analysis to provide insights and drive process improvements
Evaluate new features and tools, proposing preventive measures against misuse

✅ Requirements

Native/fluent Persian speaker (C1) + English fluency (B2)
Strong analytical skills and excellent time management
✍ Excellent communication with strong attention to detail
⚡ Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
Genuine interest in digital platforms, user safety & online communities
