We are seeking an innovative Turkish Speaking Content Policy Operations Specialist to support the Prime Video Trust & Safety Operations team in protecting customers from regulatory risk with sound judgment in account enforcement. Prime Video Trust & Safety programs aim to create a globally trusted customer experience by ensuring Prime Video provides content that customers love and trust, along with accurate, meaningful, and complete information to empower customers to make informed viewing choices for themselves and their children.

This role involves reading, viewing, listening to and examining content to ensure it complies with guidelines. This of course means sometimes you will be viewing content that we ultimately determine to be non-compliant and this content could include challenging or upsetting scenes. Key job responsibilities
Content Review & Risk Assessment
-Conduct manual reviews of global content for policy compliance
-Make high-judgment decisions on compliance actions in complex scenarios
Perform real-time risk assessments of sensitive content with detailed documentation

Policy Analysis & Documentation
-Develop and maintain standard operating procedures coordinating with Policy, Operations, and Program teams
-Document comprehensive content investigation reports combining on-platform data with external research
-Analyze grey area content and provide actionable recommendations

Process Improvement & Automation
-Drive projects that improve support-related functions and processes
-Prioritize initiatives leveraging technology and automation
-Identify policy compliance gaps with supporting research

Collaboration & Expertise
-Work directly with cross-functional teams across the organization
-Support global content review standardization and policy alignment projects
-Develop subject matter expertise in industry best practices
-Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments as necessary

A day in the life
Join our elite subject matter expert team conducting high-stakes risk assessments and policy research for Prime Video. You'll make critical judgment calls on sensitive content, create comprehensive policy analysis reports combining platform and external data, develop ML training datasets, and assess live video content in real-time. This collaborative, policy-heavy role requires comfort with highly sensitive material and strong analytical skills. Work directly with Policy, Operations, and Program teams to drive process improvements and shape global content moderation standards. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of Trust & Safety, law, risk management, investigations, compliance, or program management experience
- Can work with sensitive and/or graphic content
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives
- Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines, or experience with end-to-end project management
- Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem solving abilities
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
- Experience in fraud/risk investigations
- Experience effectively communicating complex concepts through written and verbal communication
- Knowledge of the television and media industry

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
