As a Content Review and Tagging Specialist, you will:
- Review and tag product listings, images, videos, and text descriptions across e-commerce platforms.
- Apply content moderation policies consistently to identify prohibited, counterfeit, fraudulent, or misleading product information.
- Escalate complex or ambiguous cases following established guidelines while documenting moderation decisions accurately.
- Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Participate in calibration sessions, policy training updates, and uphold strict data security and confidentiality standards.
Non-negotiables
- Exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, and sound decision-making capabilities.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort navigating digital review tools.
- Ability to work effectively and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Full willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Prior experience in Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, or Customer Service operations.
- Background in e-commerce product catalog auditing or trademark/copyright review.
- Familiarity with SLA tracking, quality assurance standards, and policy calibration processes.
- Proven ability to analyze visual and written content quickly for policy compliance.
- Strong documentation and reporting habits.
