Content Review and Tagging Specialist

Temu is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Content Review and Tagging Team Leader to join our team. Key Responsibilities

1.Review and tag product listings, images, videos, and text descriptions.

2.Apply moderation policies consistently and accurately.

3.Identify prohibited, restricted, counterfeit, or fraudulent products.

4.Detect misleading or inaccurate product information.

5.Escalate complex or ambiguous cases according to established procedures.

6.Meet productivity, quality, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) targets.

7.Maintain confidentiality and data security.

8.Stay updated on policy changes and process updates.

9.Participate in calibration sessions and refresher training.

10.Document moderation decisions accurately.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent (college education preferred).

2.Experience in Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, or Customer Service is an advantage.

3.Strong attention to detail.

4.Critical thinking and sound judgment.

5.Basic computer literacy.

6.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

7.Willingness to work rotating shifts and holidays.
