Content Review and Tagging Team Leader

Temu is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Content Review and Tagging Team Leader to join our team. Responsibilities

1. Facilitate, coach, and supervise a team of Content Moderators and Tagging Specialists. 2. Track daily attendance, schedule adherence, and productivity. 3. Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and one-on-one meetings. 4. Encourage and enable the team performance to achieve KPIs. 5. Analyze performance trends and develop action plans to address gaps. 6. Align all moderation decisions with client guidelines and company policies. 7. Escalate policy ambiguities and high-risk cases to Operations. 8. Conduct calibration sessions with Quality Assurance (QA) and Trainers. 9. Handle and support employee concerns, disciplinary actions, and documentation. 10. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. 11. Coordinate with Workforce Management regarding staffing requirements. 12. Foster employee engagement and maintain a positive working environment. 13. Support change management initiatives and process improvements.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree preferred. 2. At least 2 years related experience. 3. Minimum 1 year leadership experience. 4. Experience in Content Moderation or Trust & Safety is an advantage. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 6. Excellent communication and people management skills. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and reporting tools.
