Temu is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Content Review and Tagging Team Leader / Trainer to join our team. Content Review and Tagging Team Leader
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate, coach, and supervise a team of Content Moderators and Tagging Specialists.
- Track daily attendance, schedule adherence, and productivity.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and one-on-one meetings.
- Encourage and enable the team performance to achieve KPIs.
- Analyze performance trends and develop action plans to address gaps.
- Align all moderation decisions with client guidelines and company policies.
- Escalate policy ambiguities and high-risk cases to Operations.
- Conduct calibration sessions with Quality Assurance (QA) and Trainers.
- Handle and support employee concerns, disciplinary actions, and documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Coordinate with Workforce Management regarding staffing requirements.
- Foster employee engagement and maintain a positive working environment.
- Support change management initiatives and process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- At least 2 years related experience.
- Minimum 1 year leadership experience.
- Experience in Content Moderation or Trust & Safety is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and reporting tools.
Content Review and Tagging Trainer
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the New Hire Training.
- Conduct product, process, and policy training.
- Deliver refresher and upskilling sessions. Develop and maintain training materials.
- Assess trainee performance through examinations and nesting evaluations.
- Conduct coaching sessions based on Quality Assurance (QA) findings.
- Monitor trainee progress during nesting.
- Ensure training content reflects the latest client policies.
- Collaborate with Operations and Quality Assurance (QA) to identify training needs.
- Prepare training reports and learning effectiveness analysis.
- Conduct certification and recertification programs.
- Support implementation of new workflows and process changes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- At least 1 year training experience in related environment.
- Experience in Content Moderation is an advantage.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation software.
- Ability to simplify complex policies into learner-friendly content.
