Content Reviewer

We are looking for passionate content reviewers who can review the apps and games from a quality and policy perspective.

As Content Reviewer, you will be reviewing the content focussed on apps and games and determine their quality by leveraging the parameters set by the customer. You will be provided with a list of apps that will need to be updated on a predetermined cadence that will need to be rated for both quality and policy. You will be required to find content across media types to match a certain set of criteria; genre, topic, age range etc. In addition, you will be required to work on multiple other projects shared by the customer where scope of work will be similar in nature.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in teaching grades Pre-Kindergarten-7th (Ages 3-12). (Mandatory)
• Fluent in French - Language Proficiency B2 Level (Mandatory)
• Fluent in English - language Proficiency (Mandatory)
• Extensive experience in child development and/or education for age groups of 3 - 12 years kids taught students in grades PK-5.
• Deep understanding of how kids learn, behave, and what kids like in age group of 3-12 years
• Experience in content evaluation for children
• Strong communication skills, reading, writing, speaking native language along with English
• Ability to deliver accurately and meet the deadlines
• Flexible in work schedule

Responsibilities:

• To review the content focussed on apps and games as per the parameters set by the customer.
• To assign the rating for the given apps in consideration of the guidelines from the customer
• Understands client needs for content review and aligns to the client policy
• Provides the running list of positive and negative apps with respect to teacher and trust and safety standards and guidelines
• Shares the daily and weekly reporting of the activities performed on a regular basis
• Collaborate with team members, project and account managers
• Source content as per the given criteria and add their submissions and notes into a spreadsheet
• Perform the audit tasks and highlight the new trends and areas of confusion backed up examples
• Download and play the app and complete the rating in Raterhub
• Perform 'reconciliation' sessions with internal team, product team and be available during EST and/or PST hours.
• Build and deploy verbal, written and in-person communications around the training needs and sharing best practices.
• Maintain KPI targets consistently for successful delivery of the project
• Adhere to Tech Mahindra and client guidelines, policies and procedures
• Troubleshoot, clarify and answer queries for successful implementation of the tasks
• Work on similar other projects as shared by the customer
