Content Reviewer (MASTER/ CONTRACTUAL)

A high-volume digital content moderation and trust & safety operation serving global consumer platforms and user-generated content (UGC). This remote, contractual role supports platform integrity, compliance, and community standards enforcement across text, image, and video channels—operating from India on a work-from-home basis.

Role & Responsibilities

• Review and classify user-generated content (text, images, video) against established community guidelines and safety policies with speed and accuracy.
• Enforce policy decisions: remove or escalate content, issue warnings, and apply sanctions per workflow and SLA.
• Document moderation actions and produce clear case notes to support audits, appeals, and cross-functional investigations.
• Escalate complex or high-risk incidents to Trust & Safety specialists and collaborate with legal, safety, and engineering teams as required.
• Meet quality and throughput KPIs; participate in calibration sessions to maintain consistency and reduce false positives/negatives.
• Identify recurring trends and provide feedback to improve policies, training materials, and moderation tooling.
