Content Reviewer (Romanian)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit Romanian-speaking Content Reviewer for their Lisbon office. 

Position: Content Reviewer

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review online content, advertisements, webpages, images, videos, and social media content for compliance with client policies

• Identify policy violations and escalate sensitive or high-risk cases using internal moderation tools

• Monitor news, current affairs, political, cultural, and social developments relevant to the assigned market

• Assess sensitive content, including conflicts, riots, and other emerging events that may impact platform integrity

• Maintain high quality and accuracy while meeting productivity and performance targets

• Prioritize multiple review queues and manage workloads efficiently

• Participate in client meetings and contribute recommendations for process improvements

• Support additional markets using translation tools when required by business needs

• Maintain confidentiality and comply with internal content moderation guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in Romanian, both oral and written

• Upper-intermediate level of English (B2)

• Computer literate with the ability to adopt new knowledge quickly

• Comfortable with reviewing content that may be deemed inappropriate and/or contain explicit material without bias

• Strong critical and contextual thinking skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volumes and changing demands

• Stress-resilient and optimistic personality

• Professional with strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as a part of the team.

• 40 working hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern covering schedule from Monday to Friday, from 07 AM - 06 PM
