Creator Community Manager (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Recruit creators into our programs and grow program participation
• Creator support — answer creator questions and handle day-to-day creator communication
• Content moderation — review creator submissions against program guidelines

Requirements

• Fluent Spanish (written and spoken) — most of your daily creator communication will be in Spanish
• Strong English (written and spoken) — our internal working language is English
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership; reliable, responsive, and consistent in day-to-day communication
• You play mobile games regularly, ideally mobile shooter / battle royale titles (PUBG Mobile, Free Fire, Call of Duty Mobile, Delta Force Mobile, Fortnite Mobile) — you understand the meta and the creator culture
• Strong communication and coordination skills (written and spoken)
• Well-organized and comfortable working in a remote environment
• Available to work within Latin American business hours (timezone overlap with our creator base)

Nice to Have

• Customer support / BPO experience(Teleperformance, Concentrix, TaskUs, Atento, Foundever, Webhelp, Alorica, or similar)
• Content moderation / trust & safety experience
• Any prior experience in creator, community, influencer, social media
• Familiarity with TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, or Kwai creator ecosystems
• Existing relationships with LATAM gaming creators
• Portuguese as a second language
