Croatian-Speaking Content Moderation Specialist – Trust & Safety

We’re partnering with a global outsourcing leader to recruit Content Moderation Specialists to support a large-scale Trust & Safety operation. This role focuses on maintaining a safe and compliant online environment by reviewing and assessing user-generated content in line with platform policies.

Your Role
Review and assess online content (text, images, videos, ads, web pages) to ensure compliance with Trust & Safety guidelines
Identify, flag, and label content related to hate speech, harassment, misinformation, or other policy violations
Use internal tools to escalate sensitive or non-compliant content when required
Ensure high accuracy and quality standards while meeting daily and weekly productivity targets
Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with internal teams and participate in feedback or calibration sessions
Support additional markets or workflows when business needs require flexibility


Your Qualifications
Native or fluent Croatian (C2 level)
Good command of English (B2 or higher) for training and internal communication
Strong attention to detail and ability to apply guidelines consistently
Comfortable working with sensitive or potentially disturbing content
Ability to work independently while maintaining quality and productivity standards
Basic digital skills and confidence using online tools and platforms
