Croatian-Speaking Content Moderation Specialist – Trust & Safety

We’re partnering with a global outsourcing leader to recruit Content Moderation Specialists to support a large-scale Trust & Safety operation. This role focuses on maintaining a safe and compliant online environment by reviewing and assessing user-generated content in line with platform policies.

Your Role

• Review and assess online content (text, images, videos, ads, web pages) to ensure compliance with Trust & Safety guidelines
• Identify, flag, and label content related to hate speech, harassment, misinformation, or other policy violations
• Use internal tools to escalate sensitive or non-compliant content when required
• Ensure high accuracy and quality standards while meeting daily and weekly productivity targets
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with internal teams and participate in feedback or calibration sessions
• Support additional markets or workflows when business needs require flexibility
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Native or fluent Croatian (C2 level)
• Good command of English (B2 or higher) for training and internal communication
• Strong attention to detail and ability to apply guidelines consistently
• Comfortable working with sensitive or potentially disturbing content
• Ability to work independently while maintaining quality and productivity standards
• Basic digital skills and confidence using online tools and platforms
