Job Description

Turkish Content Moderator - Amman

• Review, investigate, and moderate user-generated content in Turkish, including text, images, videos, and other media formats.
• Enforce platform policies and community guidelines consistently and accurately.
• Identify content that violates policies and take appropriate moderation actions.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases according to established procedures.
• Maintain productivity, quality, and accuracy targets while handling content queues.
• Stay up to date with policy changes and moderation guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support operational and quality objectives.
• Handle potentially sensitive content while maintaining professionalism and objectivity.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Native or near-native proficiency in Turkish (spoken and written).
• Good command of English (minimum B1 level preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to make objective decisions based on defined guidelines.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with internet-based platforms.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, trust and safety, or related fields.
• Experience working in multilingual environments.
