Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar for a Customer Support Executive. The Customer Support Executive will handle customer inquiries, provide technical assistance, and ensure customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include addressing customer issues via various online platforms, maintaining service standards, and providing excellent customer service to guarantee a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

Experience in Online Support and Technical Support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Previous experience in a BPO or customer service environment is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
