Czech Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Analyst

Mercier Consultancy MD is on the lookout for a meticulous Czech Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Analyst to join our dedicated team. This role is critical for ensuring that our online platforms remain safe and trustworthy for users. As a Digital Trust and Safety Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to potential safety and security issues related to our digital services.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor user-generated content and interactions on our platforms to identify potential risks and violations of community guidelines
Conduct thorough investigations into reported incidents, analyzing data to determine the appropriate actions necessary
Collaborate with technical and security teams to develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance digital safety
Develop reports and insights based on findings to inform stakeholders and improve overall platform safety
Stay updated on emerging threats and digital safety trends to proactively address potential vulnerabilities
Engage with users and stakeholders to educate them about best practices in digital safety and security

Requirements

Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus
Prior experience in digital safety, online moderation, or a related field is preferred
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey safety procedures effectively
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
Familiarity with digital content management and online safety tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
